Upon arrival in Ljubljana, transfer to the hotel. Start your exploration with Old Town, the market and Three Bridges. In the afternoon take a funicular ride up towards Ljubljana Castle, offering you magnificent views of the whole city.
After breakfast you visit the Ethnographical Museum of Slovenia. In the afternoon take a boat ride along Ljubljanica River experiencing the city from another perspective, while enjoying a glass of wine.
Start your morning drive towards the majestic panorama of the Alps in the foreground, as you head towards Bled. Surrounded by mountains and Bled Castle overlooking the lake. In the afternoon you visit Bled Castle and finish your day with a nice dinner overlooking the lake.
After breakfast you drive along the scenic Sava Bohinjka towards another scenic lake - Bohinj. Take the cable car to a viewpoint on Vogel Mountain. Continue towards nearby Savica waterfall. In the afternoon return to Bled and take a traditional 'pletna' boat to visit the famous island with its church.
After breakfast it is time to leave the fairytale setting of Bled and start exploring the rural countryside of Northern Slovenia. Continue towards Jesenice and onward to Kranjska Gora. Visit Sava Dolinka River & the mountain pass of Vrsic.
Start your morning with a visit to Kobarid museum, which holds an excellent exhibition on the 1st World War. Continue along the Soca Valley & Nova Gorica. Visit the nearby castle of Kromberk, late afternoon you will arrive at the seaside town of Portoroz.
After breakfast take a nice walk along the seaside towards the nearby town of Piran. For the best view of the town, ascend the hill to reach the St. George's Church. A visit to the Marina and dinner there is also a great option.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
